Your accounts at First National Bank of Pana are insured for the aggregate balances up to $100,000.00 by
the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day
after the day we receive your deposit. Certain deposits including cash, checks drawn on this bank, and wire
transfers, including preauthorized credits such as Social Security benefits and automatic payroll, will be
available to you immediately upon deposit. In some cases we may delay the availability of your deposits
for longer periods of time. In those cases the funds will generally be available by the fifth business

Some transactions to a customer's account may be accomplished electronically. In case of errors or questions
about your electronic transfers, telephone us at (217) 562- 4636 or (217) 562-3961.
You may also write us at the address herein as soon as possible, if you think your statement receipt is wrong or
if you need more information about a transfer listed on your account statement or receipt. We must hear from you
no later than 60 days after the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
