Visa® ATM/Debit Cards

our ATM/Visa Check Card combines the convenience of ATM and debit-and there is no monthly or annual fee! Your ATM/Visa Check Card looks like a credit card but works like a check. Charge purchases to your checking account anywhere VISA is accepted, but without incurring interest charges or receiving a monthly bill. Your transactions will be on your monthly account statement. The ATM/Visa Check Card also doubles as your 24-Hour ATM Card! Bank 24/7: Use your card at any of our ATM machines to get balances, make withdrawals, and transfer funds between eligible accounts, free of charge!

Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card information

If you would like to report a lost or stolen ATM/Visa Check Card after banking hours, please call 1-800-264-4274.

*Due to regulations established by Visa International, foreign country purchases and cash withdrawals will be converted to U.S. dollars. Conversion to U.S. dollars may occur on a date other than the date of the transaction. The conversion rate may be different from the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. You will pay the conversion amount, plus a 1% International service fee. The International service fee applies to all transactions in non-U.S. countries and includes transactions made in U.S. dollars.

Easy access 24/7! FirstVoice telephone banking service allows you to gain access to your account information any time, day or night, from the convenience of a phone! FirstVoice service is simple to use - all you need is your account number, a personal identification number and a touch tone phone.

Begin using FirstVoice by following these easy steps:
  1. Complete a FIRSTVoice Application Form, by registering up to five telephone numbers and returning it to the bank.
  2. Dial 1-800-530-8568, once the form is processed
  3. Use the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number, to logon the first time.
  4. You will then be prompted to change the original PIN to another four digit number.
